Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Gudz (gudz.store). We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at gudzstoresupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We do not cover return shipping fees.

3. Restocking Fee A 5 AED restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling costs.

4. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Used, damaged, or altered items
• Items without original packaging

6. Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at gudzstoresupport@gmail.com with photos and we will resolve it promptly.

7. Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once placed as they are processed immediately. Please contact us as soon as possible at gudzstoresupport@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist.
